“… ideal for teaching and appreciation of nature and social action in a safe and healthy environment.” — Camp Tavor parent
Located on 68 rolling, wooded acres,
Camp Tavor is a conveniently situated summer home for Jewish kids from all over the Midwest. Our location in Three Rivers, MI, is halfway between Detroit and Chicago, a short drive south of Kalamazoo. It is a rural and intimate setting, just as it was when first brought the kibbutz lifestyle here in 1956. There is plenty of room to grow and stretch. We have a swimming pool as well as a beautiful lakefront. Swimming and boating in Lake Kaiser are well supervised by a waterfront specialist.
Our site includes a swimming pool, sports facilities, an air-conditioned club house for indoor activities, and dedicated spaces for art, music, animal care, and even a large organic gan (garden).
Communal sleeping, food and fun — it’s here!
