Get ready to dive into the magic of Tavor! From the moment you step through our gates at 11 AM EST, you'll be greeted with warmth and excitement. Meet our Camp Executive Director and Board Chair as you check-in, and get ready for a day packed with fun and connection.
Nature lovers, rejoice! Weather permitting, we'll embark on a refreshing nature walk through our sprawling 60+ acres. Feel the earth beneath your feet and soak in the beauty of our camp's surroundings. Or join us for a rewarding work project to help us prepare for the summer ahead by helping at the Chava (farm). Afterward, indulge in a delightful picnic on the kikar where you can mingle, share stories, and get to know fellow campers and counselors.
As the day unfolds, we'll come together to celebrate Lag ba Omer around a crackling campfire. Expect plenty of laughter, s'mores, and heartwarming kumzits,
The afternoon is full of exciting choices! Take to the water for boating adventures or unleash your creativity at Beit O (our art room) with a project as unique as our camp programming. Then, lace up your dancing shoes as we groove to our favorite Israeli folk tunes during rikudei am.
